Q. Do all of your shops keep the same range? Will my local store have all of the models on your website in stock?
A. All of our shops carry the same range, but we do not have a computerised stock system, so are unable to check individual branches for availability. The models featured on the site, are current stock models, so if our local shop to you is temporarily out of stock, then these can be ordered for you.

Q. How much will it cost to supply and fit new parts to my bike, and will you be able to repair it today?
A. We are unable to give quotes on repairs via e-mail, as prices could vary enormously when the cycle is subsequently seen. You will also need to check with the store when booking your bike in, to determine the collection time; this will not necessarily be the same day.

Q. Can I order via the internet?
A. If you see a cycle that you wish to purchase, you can pre-order it by contacting one of our stores direct, and leaving a small deposit with your credit card. The balance would then be paid on collection, at the store.

Q. I bought a bike from you 6 months ago, and I need to know whether a part is covered under the guarantee ?
A. Your bike will certainly still be covered by the guarantee. Please return the cycle to our shop, where we will be able to inspect it for you.
